I dont like the fat free milk products much, and my soft fruit starts to get too soft by the end of the week. This recipe is a good solution to both problems, and it's tasty, too! Ingredients

    1 cup blueberries
    3/4 cup non-fat cottage cheese
    1 cup skim milk
    1/2 Tbsp. flax seed
    Teruvia to taste
    1 tsp vanilla (optional)

Tips

good to use when your fruit is starting to get soft before you can eat it - freeze and save for later (and get your calcium too)!


Directions

blend all ingredients in a blender until frothy, pout into a container and freeze, shaking or stirring occasionally until firm. Adjust turvia to taste.
