Ingredients

2 garlic cloves diced
1/2 medium zucchini diced
1/4 onion diced
2-4 mushrooms diced
1 tsp olive oil
2 tsp scallions
1/2 cup tomato(spaghetti) sauce
1/4 medium spagetti squash, seperated
4 grape tomatoes sliced
1 tsp feta cheese
1 morning star grillers chick'n
Tips
Can use morning star crumbles instead
Directions
Spaghetti squash:
1. Slice in quarters, microwave 20 min
2. use fork to get squash "meat" from skin
Sauce
1. heat 1 tsp olive oil in pan on medium heat
2.add garlic, zucchini, tomatoes, mushrooms, onion, and scallions
3. Saute veggies 3-4 min- or until onions start to brown
4. add spaghetti sauce
5. turn heat to low and simmer
6. Cook Chick'n burger in pan as directed on box
7. use spatula to break apart
8. Add to sauce
9. Cook for 1 more min on low
Serve up sauce on top of spagetti squash and sprinkle feta on top
