    Carrots, raw, 453.5 grams (remove)
    Green Beans (snap), 453.5 grams (remove)
    Radishes, 227 grams (remove)
    Celery, raw, 6 stalk, large (11"-12" long) (remove)


half radishes, chop celery into 3-4 inch slices, cut ends off of beans. Soak veggies in water for approximately 10 minutes and rinse well. Place on paper towels to dry. Boil a pot of water. Boil beans for 30-60 seconds, until they taste a little sweet but still raw and crunchy. toss in ice and cold water bath. Place on paper towels to dry. Refrigerate.
