Ingredients

2 pounds ground chicken
one box carroll shelby's white chicken chili kit
one can- kidney beans - white or red
one can tomato sauce - I used no salt added
1 1/2 cup quinoa
Directions
I browned the ground chicken first and then added this to a crockpot to finish off with the remaining sauce and beans.
I wash the beans before adding them to this chili to wash off any salts that I can.
