Introduction

Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    6 oz fresh tuna
    1 avocado
    1/2 small red onion
    juice from 1/2 lemon
    dill
    4 strips of bacon

Tips

I serve on lettuce as wraps including whatever veggies I have on hand. Sweet grape tomatoes taste great with it!


Directions

Cook bacon crisp and reserve grease. Put salt and pepper on tuna and fry in bacon grease, 2 mins per side for rare. Set tuna and bacon aside to cool. Finely chop onion, add to chopped avocado with dill squeeze lemon over and stir. Chop tuna and bacon, add to mixture, stir and serve.
