Introduction

Ingredients

    Add coconut milk (optional) in a pan over medium heat. In this recipe, I didn't add any type of milk.

    However, I started off by sauteeing the garlic (minced), add onions and chicken (cut in cubes). Let it cook for abt 10mins and then add 2 tbsp of Kanokwan Panang Curry Paste and add water. Let it simmer for about another 10mins.

    You can garnish it with Kaffir Lime leaves

Tips

You can add lemongrass or minced lemongrass paste, lemon juice (approx 1 tbsp or to desired taste), boonie peppers or little red chillis
