    1 pound of chicken breast tenders or sliced chicken breast
    1 packae of hidden valley ranch seasoning
    ΒΌ cup whole wheat bread crumbs


Mix the bread crumbs and seasoning together in a large zip lock bag. Wet chicken with water and place in bag. Shake to coat. Place on oiled cooking sheet and bake at 350 for 25 minutes.

  • easy peasy. i will try next time with egg to bread the chicken, and wheat germ to bread with instead of breadcrumbs. i used whole chicken breasts and it took forever to cook. - 10/8/10

  • Really delicious! I made my husband's in accordance with the recipe and I used Quorn fake-chicken cutlets for mine. Both were delicious (or at least, I took his word for it that his was good!). - 3/10/09
