Introduction

Ingredients

    1/4 c. each of:
    -Golden Flax Seeds
    -Shelled Hemp Seeds
    -Oatmeal
    -Raw Cacao Nibs

    2 Egg Whites

    2 TBSP Hemp Protein Powder

    1/2 Large Banana, Mashed

    1/2 c. Quinoa Flour

    1/2 c. Water

    1 tsp. Baking Powder

    Cinnamon to taste

Tips

-Top with peanut butter, fresh berries, or a dash of agave nectar, or eat as-is for a quick snack
-Make it VEGAN by skipping the egg whites, adding a little extra water, and using 1 tsp. of Baking Soda for "fluffiness"


Directions

-Heat a teflon skillet over medium-low heat

-Combine all ingredients in a bowl, stir until blended well
(Add more or less water if need to achieve the proper thick-liquid consistency of pancake batter)

-Pour batter into skillet in roughly 1/4 c. portions;
-Wait until bubbles start to form on the surface of the pancakes (roughly 2-3 minutes)
-Flip and cook an additional 2-3 minutes until brown on both sides.

Serving Size: Makes about 7-8, 2-inch pancakes
