Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

1 lb ground beef (leaner the better and you can use ground turkey if you like)
    1 lb ground pork sausage
1 pkg McCormick Original Chili Seasoning (2 if you like flavor strong)
2 16oz cans light red kidney beans
    1 16oz can tomato sauce
    1 16oz can diced tomatoes
    1/2 small vadilia onion, diced
    2 tbsp of A-1 Sauce
    1 tbsp Kikoman Soy Sauce
    2 cups water

Tips

For fewer calories use ground turkey rather than beef and sausage. *this will change the flavors of the dish*

For low sodium try low sodium seasoning and tomatoes.

Combine all ingredients in the slow cooker and let cook thouroughly for 3-4 hours on high or 5-7 hours on low.
