Introduction

I drink 1 of these a day usually after a workout as they are super yummy and nutritious. If you want to take out calories dont use the peanut butter as that is almost 200 calories. This is also a good meal replacement smoothie. I drink 1 of these a day usually after a workout as they are super yummy and nutritious.
