Ingredients

    1 medium Yukon Gold Potato
    1.5 tbsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1 tsp. Kosher Salt

Tips

The chips crisp even more if you wait about a minute before consuming. We usually have to microwave 2 plates at a time as the entire potato won't fit in microwave on one plate.


Directions

Wash potato and slice very thin (between 1/16-1/8"). One medium potato makes approximately 48 chips. Place potato in a bowl with extra virgin olive oil and completely coat potatoes. On a paper plate sprinkle kosher salt on plate then add chips all around and sprinkle additional salt on top. MICROWAVE UNCOVERED on high for 2 to 2-1/2 minutes. Watch carefully after 2 minutes (depending on oven). They will turn brown and crisp.
