1/2 box KRAFT Stove Top Stuffing mix - Cornbread
1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
3 ounce can Chicken Breast drained reserve broth
3 large jalapenos seeded and minced
1 tsp poultry seasoning or sage
1/2 tsp pepper
Salt to taste
1/2 small onion minced
Tips
you want these to be moist enough to stick together but not too wet or they'll take too long to bake.
Directions
Serving Size: 12 poppers
Mix together onion, jalapenos, add seasonings, chicken and egg, add stuffing mix and mix well add broth as needed to moisten enough to form balls. Form 12 balls and bake on cookie sheet for 30 minutes at 375 or until crispy, serve hot
