Ingredients

    Ground Turkey 1lb
    1 cup raw carrots chopped
    1 cup yellow onion, chopped
    1 cup celery, chopped
    2 cans diced tomatoes (no salt added)
    1 can red kidney beans
    1 can white kidney beans
    2 cans (30oz) tomato sauce
    64oz low sodium chicken broth
    1-3 tsp Tabasco sauce (to taste)
    3-5 tsp Oregano (to taste)
    Parsley (to taste)
    1 cup dry Smart Taste elbows or shells

Directions

Brown meat in skillet (I usually skip this step). Place in bottom of crock. Add rest of ingredients, except pasta. Cook on low 8 hours or high 6 hours. Add pasta in last 10-20 minutes of cooking (depending on whether there is a boil going). You can add parm. cheese or bread to serve (not calculated in nutrition facts).
