I needed a fun but low carb/low fat chicken salad recipe to spice up my lunch. This was suggested to me and totally fit the bill. I might try it with spicy guacamole next time. Ingredients

    1 12.5 can Trader Joe's Premium Chunk White Chicken
    3 tbsp Chobani 2% Low Fat Plain Greek Yogurt
    1 Wholly Guacamole 100 Calorie snack pack

Tips

I eat this with a low carb tortilla but this would also be delicious added to salad.


Directions

Drain chicken and set aside
Mix yogurt and guacamole together
Stir chicken in and chill
Eat it up!
