Ingredients

    0.5 tbsp Rapeseed Oil
    461g Stewing Steak
    1 medium onion, sliced
    397g carrots, chopped
    247g Parsnips, chopped
    323g Swede, chopped
    458g White Potatoes, chopped
    2 Knorr Beef stockpots
    2 pint of boiling water

Directions

Cut the stewing steak into cubes (or ask your butcher to do it)
Fry it in the rapeseed oil until sealed
Add the sliced onion until soft
While the beef is frying, peel and chop all the veg
Put the cooked steak and onion into the crockpot
Put the stockpots into the boiling water until dissolved, pour over the steak and add the veg,
Place the lid and cook on high for 300 mins or until the veg is soft, serve immedialtely.
