Introduction

This was an amazing recipe packed full of flavor with 281 calories per serving. It had a wonderful flavor. Next time I will use all low fat cheeses. I will use low fat pasta and no oil. Ingredients

    I added the onion, BP, Celery in a pot wil 2 tbs oil. Stewed together for about 10 min. I then added the mushrooms and cooked down for another 5 min. Added the canned tomatoes and sauce to the mix with the bouillon cubes. Cooked for about 10 min.

    Baked pasta for about 8 min. andante.

    Layered 1/2 pasta, 1/2 sauce, then sour cream then provolone. Other 1/2 of pasta, 1/2 sauce then mozzarella on top.

    Baked for 20 min with foil then another 20 without foil.

Directions

Made the sauce by hand then baked ziti for 8 min. Layered 1/2 ziti 1/2 sauce then sour cream then provolone. Rest of ziti. Rest of sauce. Top with Mozzarella and then bake for 20 min with foil on top then 20 without foil on top.
