Ingredients

    1 pkg ground turkey
    2 cans low sodium dark red kidney beans
    2 cans low sodium stewed tomatoes
    1 lg green pepper
    1 lg red pepper
    1 lg yellow peppers
    2 average jalapenos
    1 large onion
    3 cloves of garlic
    3 jars of chili sauce
    chili powder
    garlic powder

Directions

Sautee ground turkey and onion together (jalapeno too, if you like the chili hot). Dice vegetables, add all ingredients to pot or slow cooker, simmer for 45 minutes or on low in slower cooker for several hours.

Serving Size: Makes about 10, 1.5 cup servings
