Ingredients

    Spinach
    Garlic
    Onions
    Plain Yogurt
    Chili Peppers
    Garam Masala Powder

Tips

Good over rice with some cilantro on top.


Directions

Cook the spinach, add garlic, and onions. Cook for 5 minutes at med-high heat. Puree. Add yogurt, spices, and chili's. Cook for another 5 minutes then add cottage cheese. Serve.
