Ingredients

1 cup Pappardelle's Garlic and Basil Shells
3 wedges Garlic and Herb Laughing Cow Cheese
1 TBS Oil
3/8 cup Milk
1 TBS Sun Dried Tomato, chopped
Pepper, to taste
Tips
Can be made gluten free
Add steamed broccoli and grilled chicken for a more rounded meal (Yum!)
Directions
Boil water and cook pasta shells as instructed or until desired texture is reached.
Meanwhile, heat a non-stick skillet on medium low with 1 tsp oil. Add the 3 wedges of cheese, the chopped sun dried tomato, the milk, and pepper to taste. Stirring occasionally to expedite the melting process and ensure nothing burns. You may also cover to help expedite the melting in between stirs.
Once the pasta is finished and the cheese has melted, pour the pasta into the skillet and coat with cheese. Serve.
