Ingredients

    Tofu, extra firm, 0.2 block
    Spinach, fresh, 2 cup
    Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, .5 cup, sliced
    Reduced Fat Feta Cheese, 1 oz
    Tomato, grape (3oz = appro 12 tomatoes), 3 oz
    Nutritional Yeast, 2 Tbsp
    Braggs liquid aminos, 1 serving

Tips

Add any veggies you like to this. Broccoli and zucchini are good!


Directions

Crumble and fry tofu in non stick skillet. Add yeast and Bragg's. Add Veggies, stir till cooked. Top with cheese (and chile pepper flakes if you like.)
