Introduction

Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 package frozen hashbrowns
    1 package turkey bacon
    1 chopped onion
    1 chopped bell pepper
    2 cups fat free cheddar cheese
    12 eggs (egg beaters if you have it available)
    1 1/4 cups 1% milk
    2 tsp chili powder
    1 dozen wheat tortillas

Tips

A great dish to make Sunday night and have breakfast ready for the rest of the week. I do this to save time in my busy schedule.


Directions

Spray slow cooker with 0 calorie cooking spray. Layer 1/3 of each incredient in the following order
Hashbrowns
bacon
onion
green pepper
cheese
Repeat process using 1/3 of each ingredient for 3 layers.
In separate bowl mix eggs, milk, and chili powder until even constancy. Pour mixture evenly over layers in crock pot. Set on low for 6-7 hours.
Wrap 1 serving in wheat tortilla and enjoy!!
