Ingredients

    2 eggplant
    2 onions
    4 cups tomatoes
    6 cups green beans
    3 stalks celery
    4 cups mushrooms

    Cut into chunks
    Roast for 30 minutes

    Add:
    1 can black eyed peas
    2 cups chicken broth
    2 Tbs nutritional yeast
    2 tbs Siracha
    Salt & pepper to taste

    Mix well & simmer 5 - 10 minutes
    Correct seasonings
