    1.31 lbs. Chicken tenders
    9 garlic cloves
    cup onion chopped
    3 tbsp. Italian seasoning
    2 cans of diced tomatos
    4.5 oz sliced olives
    1 - 3 pound spaghetti squash


top with your favorite cheese.


bake cleaned out squash in a 350 degree oven for 45-50 minutes. mix up remaining ingredients in pan. mix together and serve
