Ingredients

    Beef, top sirloin, 1.5 Lbs package
    Celery, raw, 3 stalk, medium
    Carrots, raw, 2 large
    Mushrooms, fresh, 16 medium
    Onions, raw, 1 medium
    *Potato, raw, 3 medium
    Mrs. Dash (R) Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend, 1 tsp

    Salt & Pepper or Seasoning to taste

Directions

Brown and add all ingedients to desired chunkiness. Simmer for 3-4 fours or put in Crock -all at once.

I add McCormick's, which adds 15 calories to serving.
