Ingredients

1 lb Chicken Breast, raw
1 can of Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup
1 can of Low Sodium Chicken Broth
1 1/2 soup cans of water
2 stalks of chopped celery
1 cup of sliced/chopped carrots
1 small onion chopped
1 clove of garlic minced
1 small can of Biscuits, plain or buttermilk, 5 biscuits
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Spray slow cooker with Pam. Cut chicken breasts into bite-size pieces and place in the bottom of the slow cooker.
Dice up onion, carrots, celery and mince the garlic. Add the veggies to cooker along with the soup, broth and 1 1/2 soup cans of water. Stir everything together.
Cook on high for about 7-8 hours. Two hours before serving, cut biscuits into quarters and mix with soup mixture.
