Ingredients

    3 Tbs. 100% Egg White Liquid
    1 Tbs. Unsweetened Applesauce
    1/4 cup Milk of choice (I use unsweetened Flax Milk)
    1 1/2 tsp. Maple Flavoring
    1 tsp. Vanilla Flavoring
    1/2 tsp SweetLeaf Stevia
    1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder (12-13g)
    1 Tbs. Whole Wheat Flour
    2 Tbs. Coconut Flour
    1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
    1/8 tsp. Baking Soda
    1/2 tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice

    Optional: Additional SweetLeaf Stevia and Cinnamon sprinkled on top before baking.


Tips

You may top with sugar free syrup to keep it 100% sugar free.


Directions

Combine wet ingredients and stir in the dry.
Pour into prepared muffin tin.
Sprinkle with optional Stevia & Cinnamon.
Bake at 350 for approximately 30 minutes.
