Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 lb Ground Beef, Lean
    1 cups Carrots, raw & sliced
    1 cup Celery, raw & sliced
    1 cup onion, chopped
    2 cups fresh sweet corn (or frozen)
    4 large Potatos, peeled, raw & chopped
    1 - 15oz can tomato sauce
    1 - 15oz can Stewed or diced tomatoes
    1 pkg French's Chili-o Seasoning Mix
    3 - 4 cups water
    Salt & pepper to taste
    Italian seasoning to taste

Tips

You can substitute ground turkey or chicken for less fat/calories and it's still great! This soup is wonderful warmed up the next day.


Directions

In large stock pot, brown lean ground beef and add onion and finish browning, then drain any grease. Add all remaining ingredients and cook on medium/high heat for 2 hours or until carrots, potatoes & celery are tender.
