Ingredients

    Egg Noodles, enriched, 5 cup
    Amy's Kitchen, Organic Cream of Mushroom Soup, 1 can
    Mushrooms, fresh, 10 medium
    Green Beans, Green Giant, Steamers (whole bag),
    Smart Balance, Smart Balance Light Buttery Spread, 2 Tbsp
    Beef, round steak, 8 oz
    Garlic powder, 1 tsp
    Salt, 1 dash
    Pepper, black, 2 dash
    1 tsp Italian Seasoning

Directions

season steak w all spices listed and put in oven on broil 20 min. turning once
boil egg noodles
slice mushrooms and saute in skillet w smart balance
drain noodles put back in pot and add soup
nuke green beans
add mushrooms and green beans to noodle mix
remove steak from oven and saute in skillet where mushrooms were 10 min
cut steak into bite size pieces mix into casserole and serve

Serving Size: makes five 1.5 cup servings
