Introduction

Ingredients

    1 14oz can of regular coconut milk (Thai Kitchen)
    1/2 c. heavy cream
    1/2 c. Coconut Beverage (So Delicious, Unsweetened)
    1/4 c. MCT oil
    20 drops Stevia (sweeten to taste)
    1 Tbs. Cocoa Powder (Green & Black's)

Tips

This is specifically made for kids and adults on a high-fat, low carbohydrate, medium protein diet (normally under the supervision of a dietician) such as for seizures and certain cancers. THIS IS NOT LOW FAT OR CALORIES! But it is tasty and effective.


Directions

Blend all ingredients till smooth and slightly frothy.

Serve, or chill in refrigerator until needed.

Serving Size: Makes 4 160ml Servings (just over 3 cups total)
