Introduction

Salad for potlucks, or cookouts Salad for potlucks, or cookouts
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    3 cups egg noodles
    3 cups Farfelle
    3 cups Large Pasta Shells

    1/3 cup Mayo or salad dressing
    3 heaping Tbl sweet pickle relish
    1 - 4 oz jar Pimientos
    1 - 16 oz can mixed fruit
    2 Tbl dry parsley
    1/3 can diced tomatoes in juice, or a small fresh one
    To taste:
    salt, pepper, season salt, etc

Tips

Note;
I seldom measure ingredients, so amounts are approximate except canned goods, just to what tastes good.


Directions

Cook pasta all together, or in separate batches, just less than a dente, drain and run under cold water to cool.
Mix all the rest of ingredients in a qt bowl, fold into pasta in a seal able container, refrigerate for 2 hrs to over night [better].
