Introduction

A lighter tuna and pasta salad with a sweet and sour dressing. A lighter tuna and pasta salad with a sweet and sour dressing.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 Package Barilla Plus Farfalle
    2 Cups fresh spinach, ripped
    1/4 cup cucumber, diced
    1/4 cup dried apricots, diced
    1 cup yellow or red onion, diced
    1 can Tuna in Water
    1/4 cup Kraft Garlic and Herb Mayo(Dressing)
    Rice wine vinegar to taste
    Salt and Pepper to Taste

Tips

I measure these out in portioned containers as a grab and go lunch.


Directions

Cook pasta according to directions and rinse thoroughly.
Pour warm pasta over ripped spinach to wilt slightly.

In a small measuring cup, mix mayo, vinegar and spices, set aside.

Add remaining food ingredients to pasta and spinach. Pour dressing over, and mix thoroughly.



Serving Size: Makes 6 servings, about 1.5 cups each
