Very flavorful. I plan on making this again. Just be warned, that if you're packing it to take to work, that it is very watery. - 8/1/09

The cottage cheese took the place of both the mexican cheese blend and the sour cream I normally use in burritos. I substituted with garbanzo beans and brown rice tortillas. This recipe would be good to take to school/work if you take the salsa separately in a tiny jar to add later. Very yummy! - 11/13/10

Wonderful. I can't do high carb breakfasts, and I frequently do an egg white or Egg Beaters scramble with various veggies. This is a great way to start the day. - 10/16/11
