Ingredients

1/2 cup of vanilla whey protein powder
    1/4 cup almond flour
    1/4 cup skim milk
30 grams almond bark dark chocolate (melted)
    1 tablespoon peanut butter

Tips

Can use other types of flour (coconut, quinoa, or a grain based) just make sure it can be eaten raw. Same with the milk, can use coconut or almond milk.

When mixing the dough, you may have to add more milk or powder, just use your best judgment. You do not want to mixture to be too runny.

Directions

Mix the protein powder with milk in a medium bowl. Then combine peanut butter. Mix until it comes together like dough. The goal is to end with a dough you can shape into bars.. Dough should make 4 bars. Once bars are formed, melt chocolate. Once melted bars can be dipped in chocolate or you can pour the chocolate over the top. Place bars in the freezer for 20 to 30 minutes. Then they are ready to eat!
