Ingredients

    1/2 cup Olive oil
    2T Creole Seasoning (recipe to follow)
    2T Fresh lemon juice
    2T Fresh chopped parsley
    1T Soy sauce
    1 pound, shelled shrimp

    Creole Seasoning
    2.5 T paprika
    2T salt
    2T garlic powder
    1T black pepper
    1T onion powder
    1T cayenne powder
    1T dried oregano
    1T dried thyme
    Combine all ingredients throughly-makes 2/3 cup

Directions

*Combine first 5 ingredients in a 9 x 13 baking dish.
*Add shirmp and toss to coat. Refrigerate for one hour or longer.
*Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Bake until shrimp are cooked through, stirring occasionally, about 15 minutes.
*Garnish with lemon wedges and serve with french bread for dipping in left over cooked sauce.
