Ingredients

Fresh Turkey Breast Meat- 3oz.
Jarlesberg Light Swiss Cheese- 1.5oz.
Arnold's Jewish Rye, Melba Sliced- 2 slices
Saurkraut- 1/4cup
I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Light- 1/2tbsp.
Tips
Total calories are about 400. It can be 1/2 of a meal with some chicken soup, or a whole meal for a more hearty appetite. Enjoy!
Directions
1. Heat pan on medium
2. Butter each piece of bread
3. Place one slice, butter side down, in pan. Add ingredients, starting with cheese and ending with cheese. (If you don't, you will have a soggy mess)
4. Brown on both sides
5. Eat with spicy brown mustard, or Kraft Fat Free Thousand Island Dressing.
Serving Size: Makes 2 halves
