Introduction

I created this after reading an article that made me really happy; it said that in a study, people who ate chocolate for breakfast lost more weight than a comparison group who didn't. MMmmm....chocolate! I used 1 square of Godiva dark chocolate, which = 1/2 oz. Just enough! Ingredients

    1 cup frozen strawberries, thawed and smashed
    3/4 cup rolled oats, cooked
    1/2 oz walnuts, chopped
    1 Godiva dark chocolate square, chopped (or 1/2 ounce dark chocolate)


Directions

Cook oats according to directions. Smash thawed strawberries in the bottom of your bowl, add oats, and sprinkle with nuts and chocolate.
