Introduction

Add 3/4c water. (you can use ff milk) Add 3/4c water. (you can use ff milk)

Ingredients

    1 Banana (frozen and chopped into big pieces)
    1/8C Peanut Butter (natural)
    1/8C Oats
    3/4C water (or milk if you choose)

Tips

Will be thick if you make this so you can add more water or milk to thin it out.


Directions

Night before making take banana and peel, slice and put into a freezer bag. Place in freezer over night. Place oats in the bottom of blender and blend until powder. Then add frozen banana peanut butter and water (or milk if you choose) blend until no longer chunky.
