Ingredients

    2 eggs, scrambled
    2 tbsp. (.125 cups) shredded cheddar cheese
    2 tbsp. (.125 cups) black beans
    1 tbsp. salsa
    Whole wheat tortilla

Tips

This can be made in advance and frozen for the future.
Variations include adding other vegetables.


Directions

1. Microwave egg in microwavable dish for 45 seconds. Scrambling halfway through.
2. Heat tortilla for 15 seconds.
3. Add egg, cheese, salsa and black beans to tortilla.
4. Wrap as a burrito and enjoy!
