Introduction
Put all ingredients (except chocolate chips) into a food processor or blender and blend till oats are ground and mixture is smooth.Place mixture in a bowl and stir in 1/2 of the chocolate chips.
Scoop into greased mini muffin pan, top with a few chocolate chips on top and bake at 350 for 12-14 min.
