Introduction

Calling all juicers! This makes a wonderful juice to help you wake up in the morning! Calling all juicers! This makes a wonderful juice to help you wake up in the morning!

Ingredients

    1 bag fresh cranberries
    2 grapefruit
    3 oranges
    2 lime
    3 small apples
    1/2 lb brussel sprouts
    (or a bunch of spinach, or any other leafy green)

Tips

You may want to add water to cut the tartness.
Not sure the correct calories or fiber once these are all juiced.


Directions

Slice away the skins of the citrus.
Run the whole shebang through your juicer.
