Pancakes Pancakes

Ingredients

    1 cup ww flour
    1/4 c egg substitute
    3/4 cup milk
    3 tsp baking powder
    2 TBL splenda
    2 TBL applesauce

Directions

Mix all ingredients and cook on a griddle at medium heat.
I made a serving size one pancake so it is easy to enter.
