Ingredients

    2 cups potatoes sliced thinly
    2 cups kale, chopped
    1 onion diced 4 oz of Gimme Lean Sausage, browned
    1 cup soy milk, unsweetened
    3 cups vegetable, or No-Chicken broth
    salt/pepper/garlic powder/red chili flakes/oregano to taste

Directions

Brown the Gimme Lean in a frying pan. Saute onion in broth, add potatoes and rest of broth. Let cook until potatoes soften. Add spices, kale, sausage, and soy milk cook until kale wilts and flavors combine.
