Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

2 cups Hit the Trail Mix (Nuts, Seed & Raisins mix) available at Hannafords supermarket
1 cup Quaker Old Fashion Rolled Oats
    2 Eggs beaten
    1 scoop Chocolate Protein Powder
    2 tbsp Lyle's Golden Syrup
    2 tbsp Honey
    3 oz. Dark Chocolate melted

Tips

Do not try to remove the aluminum foil before it has cooled. It is MUCH easier after it has been in the freezer. Keep the bars in the frig.

Directions

Chop nuts to your likely. Add the rest of the ingredients except the chocolate and mix well.
Line a 9-13 inch pan with aluminum foil and spray it with Pam cookings spray. Spread a very thin layer of chocolate. Reserve some of the chocolate. Then add the nut mixture on top of chocolate. Press it down to make it uniform thickness. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from the oven and drizzle the rest of the chocolate on the top. Place the pan in the freezer for an hour or so to cool completely. Then remove the foil and cut bars into 16 pieces.
