Ingredients

    12 cups of low sodium chicken broth
    2 cooked chicken breats or 3 cups diced cooked chicken
    1 large onion, diced
    2 cups sliced celeri
    1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1.5 cups fresh sliced carotts
    1 cup barley, raw
    1 tbsp dried basil
    2 garlic cloves, diced
    1 tsp pepper
    dash salt

Directions

Cook chicken before hand. Chop vegetables and combine all ingredients in a large pot. Bring to a boil and simmer for approx. 45 minutes.
