Ingredients

    6 egg whites
    4 eggs
    1/2 cup shredded 2% cheddar
    1/4 cup chopped onion
    1 lb turkey sausage

Tips

Can also add other veggies such as broccili, spinach, olives, etc.


Directions

Cook sausage. Divide between 12 muffin cups in muffin pan. Top with onions & cheese. Pour eggs over the top. Bake at 375 for 30 to 35 minutes. These will keep in the fridge up to a week.
