Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 pound ground beef
    1 chopped green pepper
    1 chopped red pepper
    1 carrot shredded
    1 cup frozen pre cut onion
    6 cloves of garlic
    1 can of light beer
    2 15 oz cans of crushed tomatoes
    2 6 oz cans of tomato paste
    1 tsp dried parsley
    1 tsp dried basil
    1 tsp dried oregano
    1 tbls chili powder
    salt and pepper to taste

Tips

Try and stir it a few times in the 7-8 hour period if you can.


Directions

Cook ground beef. Add ground beef and the rest of the ingredients into a crock pot and cook on low for 7-8 hours.
