Number of Servings: 8


    2 to 2.5 pounds Petite Sirloin
    2 cups sliced mushrooms
    1 cup diced onion
    1/2 tsp Thyme
    1 tbsp Oregano
    1 can cream of celery-98% fat free
    1/2 Tsp Black Pepper


Serve with Mash potatoes or Faux-potatoes (Cauliflower smashed up). Also this can be served over noodles such as angel hair pasta or fettuccine noodles.


Place steak first in to crockpot, mushrooms and onions. In a small bowl mix soup and seasonings until well blended. Then pour over the steak and vegetables. Cook on high for 6-8 hours.
