Introduction

Sautee onions, squash, carrots, and garlic. Separately saute chicken after cutting into bite size cubes. Add all other ingredients to a large pot and then add sauteed items. Ingredients

    Potato cubed
    celery stalk diced into large bite size pieces
    3 or 4 onions diced
    garlic dice into small pieces
    one jar of your favorite salsa
    one tsp salt
    1.5 tsp cumin
    2 tsp chili powder
    4 chick breast boneless halves
    2-4 cups chicken broth
    1.5 cups (or more) frozen peas
    2 squash/zuchini cubed
    dried re pepper flakes to taste

Directions

saute onions, squash, carrots, and garlic. Separately saute chicken after cubing. Add above when done along with allother ingredients to a large pot and bring to a boil and then simmer for an hour or two until veggies are done the way you like them (I like them aldente)
