Ingredients

    Pizza Crust: Makes 2 Crusts

    1 tsp Granulated Sugar
    1 Cup Warm Water (110 degrees F)
    1 (.25 ounce) Package Active Dry Yeast
    2 Tbsp Canola Oil
    2 Cups All-Purpose Flour
    1 Cup Whole Wheat Flour

    Pizza Topping for Each Pizza:

    1/2 Cup Sweet Baby Ray's Original BBQ Sauce
    1/4 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
    2 Tbsp Real Bacon Bits
    1/2 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast (Cooked)
    1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese






Tips

I made 1 pizza on a 14" pizza pan (12 pieces) and another in a 10x15 cookie sheet (15 pieces) to get 27 pieces between the two pizzas. I just used left over chicken breast. Add additional veggies to taste.


Directions

Mix the Pizza Crust in a bread machine on the dough setting.

Spray 2 pans with non-stick cooking spray. Spread pizza crust dough to edges of each pan. Spread BBQ sauce on the crust. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and bacon bits. Dice the chicken breast; place evenly on the pizza crust. Sprinkle pizza with cheddar cheese.

Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes.
