Ingredients
-
-2 containers of reduced fat crescent rolls
-1 can fire roasted diced tomatoes, processed/pureed, 14 oz
- large black olives, diced
-28 g Armour Turkey Pepperoni, chopped in 1/8th
-2.5 oz Roasted Sweet Red Peppers, diced
-2 T grated parmesan
-1 1/2 C Kraft Italian 2% shredded cheese
Directions
---If you are using a regular cookie sheet or you have already seasoned your ceramic Pampered Chef Bar pan, then you don't need to slightly oil the bottom. I was doing this as my second dish in the pan so I slightly oiled it with olive oil. Then layer your crescent rolls evenly in the bottom and bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes or until edges are brown and middles are not doughy.
---Puree and chop all necessary ingredients because you will need to top right away.
---Layer your sauce 1st. Sprinkle your Parmesan cheese next. Then sprinkle your roasted peppers, pepperoni, black olives and finally the Italian cheese. Bake another 10 minutes to melt the cheese and warm the ingredients.
---Makes 8 servings.
---Enjoy!!
